Detailed introduction ：
The machine could be used to screen powder and particle materials for metallurgy industry, mining industry,chemical industry, construction mate-rial industry and casting plants.During the screening
process,temperature of the material could be reduced through its ventilation and dust-removal system.
●Stable and reliable operation， and fine screening.
●The material is fed through the large hex end，which could increase the screen area by 30- -40%.
●At about the theoretical rotation speed, the material will dash downward from the high end of the cylinder to realize the crushing and fine screening.
●The screen is made of cold-rolling stainless steel wires with large diameter， ensuring its long service life， and could be able to remove the hard particles with the size of more than 4 -5mm in the old sand, ensuring uniform sand quality and improving the yield of castings.
●The screen is fixed through tensioning and pressing to tighten its surface， prevent breakage, improve rebounding crushing effect and facilitate replacement.
●Powerful ventilation could be provided to control mud content to achieve the required cool ing effect. Meanwhile， the condensation and blockage of the screen holes due to moisture, heat and additive materials could be reduced.
