The machine belongs to mechanical centrifugal dry regeneration equipment. It is mainly used for regeneration of used resin sand and sodium si I icate sand in foundry. Its working principle is that the old sand from the feeding port falls into the cylindrical area formed by the high-speed rotating sand throwing plate under the action of gravity， collides with the blades on the sand throwing plate，makes radial acceleration movement under the action of centrifugal force， and finally ejects from the blade end in a high-speed tangential direction. The ejected sand collides strongly with the inner ring,
so as to form an inert film on the sand surface The old sand can be regenerated by crushing and falling off, and being discharged out of the machine through the air outlet together with the ash.
