●The vibrating boiling cooling bed is composed of a bed body of porous fish scale plate，a blast system, a exhaust system and a humidifier.
●The hot old sand falls into the orifice of the vibrating boiling cooling bed, and it is sprayed by humidifier while it is moving along the vibration direction. The blast system is used to drum the cold air from the bottom of the fish scale plate，which makes the hot sand boil. The air and hot sand are fully contacted, and the water gas in the hot sand is taken away and discharged by the exhaust system. The hot sand can achieve the purpose of cooling.
